These illegitimate accounts are offering unauthorized financial and investment advice, and have been used to extort money from unsuspecting individuals under the false pretence of transferring funds to an “investment platform” falsely represented as Altvest Capital.
We categorically state that:
- These accounts are in no way affiliated with Altvest Capital, Warren Wheatley, or any professional within our employ.
- Altvest Capital and our CEO DO NOT operate on Telegram.
- We do not offer financial or investment advice via social media platforms, messaging services, or unsolicited email communication.
- We do not solicit or engage clients through personal messaging apps such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Signal, or similar.
Altvest Capital is a regulated financial services provider committed to the highest standards of professionalism, transparency, and client protection. These impersonation attempts are criminal in nature, and we take this matter with the utmost seriousness.
We strongly urge anyone who has interacted with these fraudulent accounts or has been approached by individuals claiming to represent Altvest Capital or Warren Wheatley via Telegram to:
- Cease all communication immediately
- Report the incident to your nearest police station
- Notify the relevant platform (Telegram) to assist in the removal of these accounts
